The Ready for Hospitality program is a 5-day program that equips learners with essential skills needed to access entry-level positions in the tourism, accommodation and food and beverage sector. The industry-aligned curriculum covers soft skills, employment readiness, and workplace health and safety in the context of occupations within the hospitality industry.
Modules are delivered in interactive format that engages learners with case studies, discussions, and practical exercises. Modules also include an independent e-learning module that reinforces learning and prepares participants to successfully complete a sector-specific micro-credential challenge test. Learners will have the opportunity to earn 11 micro-credentials.
