Learners will explore Ontario’s Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and the legal duties of employees, employers, and supervisors in maintaining a safe work environment. They will learn about their protected rights and rights and responsibilities, how to recognize hazards in the workplace, and how to contribute to workplace safety.
